One normally doesn't have the luxury of being able to walk over to your
mailorder supplier.

It isn't just any site, it isn't just any person, it isn't for my sole benefit
because I'm some sort of supreme being above all others.
Why are you bugging out so badly over this single site?

No, don't try and equate this and that. You make it sound like whoever
downloads from that site is murdering a gateway employee, stealing their car,
and running over small children with it.
Noone is profiting off this, noone would be making any substantial profit if
this site wasn't here, and I haven't seen anyone in any position to be hurt or
do something about it care.
In any case this discussion does not belong here.
Your time would be better spent barking up other trees.
